Answer:

• In the initial period of the Scheme up to 31st March, 2015, the employer will pay full rate of prescribed stipend including his share to the apprentices every month through bank account of the apprentice which will be linked to the web portal.
• RDATs will reimburse the 50% of prescribed stipend paid to the apprentices by the employer to establishments through its bank account quarterly.
• After 1st April, 2015, share of Government will be directly transferred to the bank’s account of the apprentice.
